Anugrahaa Senior Citizen Complex offers affordable, Comfortable and Convenient units with modern facilites for a peaceful living.

The layout is designed to give maximum Ventilation, light and free space all-round.

Only Pure Vegetarian Food will be prepared and served under very Hygienic conditions by expert cooks covering all the tasty and delicious food of North & South Indian. The layout is designed to give maximum Ventilation, light and free space all-round.

  1. Food Charge are Rs.3900/- per head per month.
  2. Maintenance Charge are Rs.950/- per head per month.
  3. Guests are most welcome to stay with resident members.
  4. Food will be served to the members in the case of ill health at their member’s respective unit.

Medical :-

Hosur Town has many full fledged Nursing homes. One of the Hospital run by Christian Association is situated in the reach of 1km from Our campus,
Sri Chandrasekara Multispeciality Hospital is situated 4km from our Campus. For all Cardiological Problems the all India Famous ” Narayana Health ” is just 16 km away on the Bangalore Road.

  1. All the dealing will be fully Honest & Transparent as per Law.
  2. All the payemetns (either cheque / DD ) shall be made in favor of “ANUGRAHAA FOUNDATION ” Hosur.
  3. Lease Agreement and Memorandam of Understanding will be made between Anugrahaa Foundation and the occupant in a stamp paper before admission to ensure transparency.
  4. The Refundable caution deposit paid by the occupant will not carry any interest.
  5. All the correspondences and request shall be in written format only.
  6. Nomination form to be duly filled,signed on a stamp paper and submitted at the time of admission.
  7. All the resident members and Guest shall adhere to the rules and regulation of the trust standing in force.
